Fetygasy Usage Policy

Effective date: 9 August 2026
Last updated: 9 August 2026

This policy sets the rules for using Fetygasy's websites, applications, social features, event tools, QR tickets, check-in, finance records, and messaging services (the Services).

The Services are operated by Fetygasy Studio, trading as Fetygasy. By using them, you agree to this policy, our Privacy Policy, event rules shown to you, and applicable law.

1. Accounts

You must be at least 16 to create an account. Events and venues may set higher ages or other admission requirements.

Provide accurate information and do not impersonate another person, artist, venue, organiser, or organisation. You are responsible for activity through your account and for protecting your password, verification codes, connected accounts, access tokens, and QR tickets. Tell us promptly if any may be compromised.

2. Acceptable use

Use Fetygasy lawfully, honestly, and respectfully. You must not:

  • threaten, harass, exploit, discriminate against, or endanger anyone;
  • publish hateful, defamatory, deceptive, sexually exploitative, or unlawfully private content;
  • infringe copyright, trade marks, image rights, privacy, confidentiality, or other rights;
  • misrepresent an event, ticket, price, performer, venue, sponsorship, capacity, availability, or refund;
  • promote illegal activity, spam people, or cause physical, financial, reputational, or privacy harm;
  • access data or features without authorisation, upload malware, evade controls, or disrupt the Services;
  • scrape, bulk export, probe, or automate the Services without permission; or
  • evade a suspension or manipulate reactions, attendance, reviews, or other activity.

3. Your content

You keep ownership of content you submit. You give Fetygasy a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, technically adapt, display, and distribute it as needed to operate, secure, improve, and promote the Services and the related event, artist, or venue. The licence ends when the content is no longer needed, subject to retained event records, disputes, legal duties, and normal backup rotation.

You confirm that you have the necessary rights and permissions and that event information is accurate. Profiles, posts, comments, reactions, events, artist pages, and venue pages may be public and reshared by others.

4. Organisers, attendees, and tickets

Organisers are responsible for their events and teams. They must provide accurate material information, obtain required permissions and safety arrangements, respect capacity and admission rules, communicate important changes, state prices and refund terms clearly, and honour their commitments. Publication by Fetygasy is not an endorsement, permit, or safety guarantee.

Organisers must have a lawful reason to use attendee names, contact details, ticket data, notes, and check-in records. That information may be used only for the relevant event, required communications, legal duties, or another purpose validly accepted by the attendee. Attendee lists must not be sold, published, or reused for unrelated marketing without the authority and consent required by law.

QR tickets must not be forged, duplicated, deceptively reused, or shared for unauthorised entry. A QR ticket, attendee-list entry, or delivery confirmation does not by itself prove payment, identity, ownership, a refund right, or guaranteed admission. Unless Fetygasy is expressly identified as the seller or payment intermediary, payments and refunds are handled by the attendee, organiser, and any identified provider.

Finance tools are record-keeping aids, not banking, payment processing, accounting, tax, or legal advice. Users must verify entries, restrict access, keep required evidence, and meet their own obligations.

5. Communications and third parties

Do not use Fetygasy communications for unlawful, misleading, or unsolicited messages. Honour required consent and opt-outs.

The Services may rely on identity, hosting, email, messaging, map, organiser, venue, and other third-party services whose own terms may apply. Delivery and availability can be affected by those services, internet conditions, maintenance, security events, or circumstances beyond our control.

6. Moderation

We may use automated checks and human review. We may request changes, limit distribution, remove content, restrict features or event access, suspend or close accounts, preserve evidence, or notify authorities where reasonably necessary.

We consider context, severity, harm, intent, legal requirements, and repeated conduct. Urgent safety, fraud, legal, or security issues may require action without advance notice. Where appropriate, we will explain a decision and provide a way to request review. A report does not guarantee removal.

7. Availability and account closure

Features may change, be interrupted, or be withdrawn. We cannot guarantee that an event will proceed, user-supplied information will be accurate, or admission or message delivery will be available. Users remain responsible for their events, content, decisions, records, and legal duties.

You may request account deletion through your profile where available. The account is deactivated immediately and scheduled for permanent deletion after 30 days. Detached event history, organiser-controlled records, security or legal records, and rotating backups may remain as explained in the Privacy Policy. Closing an account does not cancel an event or settle earlier obligations.

8. Changes and contact

We may update this policy and will change the date above and provide additional notice when required. If you do not accept an update, stop using the Services and close your account.

Report concerns through the in-product reporting feature where available or contact Fetygasy Studio at [email protected].
